Return/Exchange Timeframe

• We offer 30 days return, refund or exchange policy from the delivery date.
• After 30 days from delivery date, no returns, refunds or exchange can be processed.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee.

Return Eligibility

• Only unused, unwashed, unworn, unaltered items with original tags and packaging intact are eligible.
• Items must be free from any scents (perfume/detergent).

Return Process

• To initiate a return, email sales@vogacci.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
• Do not send items back without confirmation.
• Pack items securely and share the return shipping receipt or tracking number.

Return Shipping Cost

The customer will be responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.

Note: If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover 100% of the return shipping costs and the replacement or refund is completely free.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellation will only be accepted if the request is made before the dispatching of order. No cancellation request will be entertained after the order has been dispatched.

Refund and Timeline

• In case of return, the refund will be initiated once the item is received and inspected.
• Expect a refund within 20 business days of approval.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If that method is no longer available, we will contact the customer to arrange an appropriate refund solution.
• Returns that do not meet policy (used, damaged, or altered items) may be rejected.

Exchanges

• Requests for size or color exchanges can be made within 30 days.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Order Processing and Handling

Confirmation Notice

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on the customer’s shipping address.

Appropriate Details for Quick Delivery

To ensure prompt delivery, we rely on you to provide an accurate contact number, shipping address, and other relevant details at checkout. It is mandatory to supply your exact permanent residential address for shipping. If there is an issue with the address or phone number provided, your order will not be dispatched until the correct information is confirmed, and we will contact you by email to resolve it.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email the next business day.

We ship exclusively with trusted couriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. If you will not be available to receive the order yourself, you may authorize someone else to receive it on your behalf by notifying the courier company in advance.

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is lost or you're unable to track it as scheduled, then you can claim your lost parcel after a time period of 10 days from the order’s date of dispatch. We will work with the courier to investigate and, where appropriate, restore your credit or send a replacement shipment.

Return Shipping
