Return/Exchange Timeframe

  • We offer 30 days return, refund or exchange policy from the delivery date.
  • After 30 days from delivery date, no returns, refunds or exchange can be processed.
  • To initiate a return, refund, or exchange, please contact our customer support team at sales@vogacci.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  • Returns sent back without prior authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee.

Return Eligibility

  • Only unused, unwashed, unworn, unaltered items with original tags and packaging intact are eligible.
  • Items must be free from any scents (perfume/detergent).

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, email sales@vogacci.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
  • Pack items securely and share the return shipping receipt or tracking number.

Return Shipping Cost

Return Shipping Fee: If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a change of mind, sizing preference, or style selection, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence. Vogacci will cover all return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellation will only be accepted if the request is made before the dispatch of the order. No cancellation request will be entertained after the order has been dispatched.

Refund and Timeline

  • In case of return, the refund will be initiated once the item is received and inspected.
  • Expect a refund within 7 business days of approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If that method is no longer available, we will contact the customer to arrange an appropriate refund solution.
  • Returns that do not meet policy (used, damaged, or altered items) may be rejected.

Exchanges

  • Requests for size or color exchanges can be made within 30 days.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
