Return & Refund Policy At VOGACCI, we strive for excellence. If your order does not meet your expectations, please review our procedures for returns and exchanges below.

1. Return Window

All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 24 to 48 hours of the delivery date as marked by the carrier tracking. Requests made after this 48-hour window will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

2. Return Method

All returns must be sent by mail to our designated return center. Please contact sales@vogacci.com to receive the correct return shipping address for your region.

3. Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in NEW condition:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Free from any scents (perfume/detergent) or animal hair.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong size/item was sent by our error, VOGACCI covers 100% of the return shipping costs. The replacement or refund is completely free.
  • For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you no longer want the item, do not like the style, or ordered the wrong size (matching our size chart), the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping.

5. Restocking Fees & Deductions

Refunds are subject to restocking fees based on the following conditions:

  • Standard Returns: A 30% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns to cover processing and handling.
  • Order Cancellations: * Full refund if cancelled within 24–48 hours of ordering.
    35% to 50% deduction applies for cancellations made after production has started or if the customer remains unresponsive for more than 10 days.
  • Customized Orders: These are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
