Order Processing and Handling

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is confirmed and ready to dispatch, we send a confirmation email.

Standard Shipping Rate to USA

All orders will be subjected to standard shipping at a cost of $15.

Free Shipping to USA

All orders above $139 are eligible for free shipping to USA.

Delivery Times

All orders are delivered within 6-7 days.

Note: Estimated delivery times shown above do not include the 1-3 business-days processing period. Also, delivery times may vary due to seasonal demand, courier delays or weather conditions.

We do not ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.

Confirmation Notice

Upon placing your order, we send a confirmation email containing your order receipt, which includes your order confirmation and relevant order details. If you do not receive this notification after placing your order, please contact our sales team by email at sales@vogacci.com and we will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on the customer’s shipping address.

Appropriate Details for Quick Delivery

To ensure prompt delivery, we rely on you to provide an accurate contact number, shipping address, and other relevant details at checkout. It is mandatory to supply your exact permanent residential address for shipping. If there is an issue with the address or phone number provided, your order will not be dispatched until the correct information is confirmed, and we will contact you by email to resolve it.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email the next business day.

We ship exclusively with trusted couriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. If you will not be available to receive the order yourself, you may authorize someone else to receive it on your behalf by notifying the courier company in advance.

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is lost or you're unable to track it as scheduled, then you can claim your lost parcel after a time period of 10 days from the order’s date of dispatch. We will work with the courier to investigate and, where appropriate, restore your credit or send a replacement shipment.

Return Shipping

In case of return, the customer will be liable to bear the shipping cost. Further return shipping instructions are provided in our Return and Exchange Policy.
