Vogacci didn't begin as a business plan. It began with a simple frustration. Too many jackets in the market looked the part but fell apart after one winter. We wanted leather that aged like a good pair of boots, hoodies that held their shape after the tenth wash, and pieces you'd actually reach for instead of saving for "special occasions." That itch turned into a brand, and here we are.
